TrueCR is a dealer-to-dealer marketplace for used vehicles. Walk around a car with your iPhone, get a clear condition report, and list it to licensed dealers who can make an offer or buy it now.
How it works
Inspect with your iPhone
Plug in the OBD scanner for the VIN, codes and readiness monitors. Film the walkaround and interior, record the engine at idle, and photograph and describe any damage. You confirm every disclosure.
List to licensed dealers
Your condition report becomes a listing that only approved, licensed dealers can see, with photos, disclosures, damage notes and an engine idle recording.
Offers or Buy Now
Buyers make offers you can accept, counter or decline, or take your Buy Now price instantly. Offers are not binding.
Binding purchase order
When a deal is agreed, both dealers sign a TrueCR Dealer Purchase Order electronically with a typed-name signature. Once both sign, the sale is binding.
Good to know
- TrueCR is a listing marketplace only. OwnTheOffer LLC is not a party to any sale, is not a dealer or broker, and never holds money or titles.
- Vehicles are sold AS-IS, with no warranty from TrueCR. Sellers must give accurate condition reports and disclosures.
- Licensed dealers only. Every account is checked against a current dealer license before it's approved.
Get the app
The TrueCR iPhone app is in testing on Apple TestFlight. Install the free TestFlight app from the App Store, then open the invite link below on your iPhone.

New dealers: sign up here on the website first. You can sign in to the app once TrueCR approves your account.
Approved dealers on a computer can sign in to the marketplace to browse vehicles, make offers, sign purchase orders and manage your listings and deals. Inspections are done in the iPhone app.
